Gambling and Lotteries Law, Section 63. Rights to organize lotteries(1) State-level lotteries organizes state capital company, where all shares belongs to the state and who‘s stocks are both inalienable and not subject to privatization - State joint-stock company “Latvia’s Lotto”; (with amendments adopted on June 8, 2006).
