Gambling machines and equipment which are registered and certified may be installed and operated in the Republic of Latvia. Registration must be accompanied by an identification number. The assigned identification number shall be unchanged throughout the period during which the gambling maker operates the automatic gambling machine or equipment in the territory of the Republic of Latvia.

Process description

  1. Registration of a gambling machine, equipment, assignment of an ID number
    The gambling maker shall submit to the Inspectorate a submission regarding the registration of the gambling machine, the equipment and the assignment of the identification number. The gambling operator shall pay for the receipt of ID numbers in accordance with the decision of the Inspectorate for the Supervision of lotteries and Gambling.

  2. Receiving an identification number
    The gambling operator receives an ID number on site.
    Receipt of services according to the application of choice.
